Senior Solution Architect

• Lead Solution Design: Define and document the architecture (functional, technical, security, integration) to align with business goals.

• Promote Architectural Standards: Establish long-term technology strategies and enforce best practices across teams.

• Oversee Implementation: Guide the execution of solution designs to ensure adherence to set architectural standards.

• Drive Innovation: Stay updated on technology trends and introduce best practices in software development and IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams for smooth project delivery.

• Strategic Guidance: Offer technical advice to project managers and leadership, influencing IT strategy.

• Maintain Reference Architectures: Keep and update platform and security solution architectures.

What Success Looks Like:

• Be a trusted mentor and expert within the organization.

• Lead process improvements and contribute to architecture decisions.

• Take ownership of key projects and external partnerships.

• Fully understand the company's applications and architecture within 3 months.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT roles (Developer, Analyst, IT Project Manager, or Architect).

Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of IAM/CIAM, cloud architecture, Trust services (EIDAS), and security/infrastructure.

• Familiarity with security frameworks and identity management.

Languages:

• Fluent in French or Dutch, and proficient in English (written).

Tools & Processes:

• Experience with Project Management processes, Enterprise Architect, Confluence.

Work Model:

• Hybrid: 40% in-office, 60% remote.
