Our client is an international ICT service provider specializing in Security, Cloud Services, UC, Enterprise Networks, and Global Managed Services.

We are seeking for an experimented Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients in Belgium.

The Account Manager (m/f/x) in Belgium plays a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations. This position is responsible for achieving sales targets by engaging with key stakeholders, understanding clients' needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new business opportunities within the existing client base and prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and requirements and align our solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Services, and Projects teams to co-create robust client solutions ensuring the seamless delivery of tailored solutions to our valued clients.
  • Manage all customer engagement, solutions definition, bid negotiation, pricing, and closure activity.

Experience and Skills we are looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
  • Proven competent sales experience within the ICT/IT Services sector.
  • Proven track record of creating, managing, negotiating, and closing substantial ICT contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the ICT market and the requirements of our customers.
  • Degree standard or demonstration of entrepreneurial qualities.
  • Proven experience selling within the Benelux marketplace.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in achieving targets.
  • Experience in solving complex issues in a team.
