Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw

  1. Organiser
    This prize draw is organised by Montreal Associates (Systems) Ltd ("the Organiser").
  2. Eligibility
    • The prize draw is open to hiring decision-makers who are part of the Organiser's database and who complete the survey in full.
    • Participants must be at least 18 years old and located in a country where Amazon Vouchers are redeemable in [EUR, USD, CAD, or GBP.]
    • Employees of Montreal Associates, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any companies connected with this draw, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.
    • Entries are limited to one per individual.
  3. Survey Completion
    • Only fully completed survey responses will qualify for the prize draw. Incomplete or partially completed surveys will be disqualified.
  4. No Purchase Necessary
    • Participation in the prize draw is free, and no purchase or proof of purchase is required.
  5. Prize Details
    • The prizes are three (3) Amazon Vouchers, each valued at [€100, USD $100, CAD $100, or GBP £100], depending on the participant’s location.
    • All elements of the prize are subject to availability, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  6. Prize Draw Closing Date and Selection
    • The prize draw closes at 11:59 PM (local time) on 18th December 2024.
    • The draw will take place on 19th December 2024, and winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
    • Winners will be notified by email within 14 working days of the draw.
    • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of the notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner or dispose of the prize as deemed fit.
    • Allow a minimum of 30 days for prize delivery.
  8. Decision
    • The decision of Montreal Associates regarding the winners and all matters related to this prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Ethical Considerations
    • Participation in the survey and prize draw is entirely voluntary and will not influence any current or future business relationships between the participant’s company and Montreal Associates.
    • To the extent deemed necessary, participants are encouraged to disclose any winnings to their employers or relevant ethics committees to ensure compliance with their company’s policies.
    • Participants who are stakeholders in the purchasing departments of their employers must ensure that their participation and any resulting prize do not conflict with their employer’s gift, ethics, or procurement policies.
  10. Cancellation Rights
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw at any time and without prior notice.

    • Personal data provided for the purpose of the prize draw will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  1. Liability
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages associated with the delivery or use of the prizes, except as required by law.
