Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal and external hires, mainly in IT and legal.

  • Improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategy to support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to define roles, write job ads, and set hiring strategies.

  • Post roles on LinkedIn and other boards; manage agency relationships; proactively source talent.

  • Screen candidates, schedule and participate in interviews (Teams and on-site), and produce evaluation summaries.

  • Prepare salary and employment offers aligned with internal compensation policy.

  • Maintain dashboards and report on recruitment KPIs (pipeline, time-to-hire, etc.).

  • Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or similar.

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, including IT hiring.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

  • Strong communicator, independent, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and MS Office 365.

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles in a hybrid environment.
