About the role
- Act as the primary customer-facing Solution Architect for a multi-country Retail Banking transformation based on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- The role owns the front-end solution design, guiding the customer in defining requirements that are platform-driven, standardized, and FSC-aligned, before handover to technical architects and delivery teams.
- Be the FSC Banking subject-matter expert in customer conversations.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Retail Banking.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (banking context)
- Direct experience with: FSC Datamodel; FSC capabilities (ie: BRE)
- Customer onboarding processes
- KYC / compliance flows
- Retail banking products and customer lifecycle
- Strong ability to lead requirement definition, not just document it.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
