Audit de l'infrastructure existante : Analyser l'environnement VMware actuel (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) et évaluer les besoins spécifiques.

Conception de la solution Nutanix : Définir l'architecture Nutanix (hyperconvergence, stockage, réseau) et concevoir la stratégie de migration.

Planification et exécution de la migration : Élaborer le plan de migration, superviser la migration des VM vers Nutanix AHV, en utilisant des outils adaptés (ex : Nutanix Move).

Validation post-migration : Tester les performances, la compatibilité des applications et assurer une intégration fluide avec l'infrastructure existante.
