Job Summary: As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading SAP CRM implementation projects, providing expert guidance to clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of SAP CRM modules, you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design solution architectures, and customize CRM functionalities to meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP CRM solutions tailored to meet clients' business objectives and requirements.

2. Implementation: Manage end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.

3. Configuration: Configure SAP CRM modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

4. Customization: Customize SAP CRM functionality through enhancements, user exits, and custom developments to address unique business needs.

5. Integration: Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

6. Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing activities to validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of SAP CRM solutions.

7. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of SAP CRM systems and processes.

8. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.

9. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, business users, project managers, and technical teams, to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP CRM updates, enhancements, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
