SALES MANAGER - IRELAND (Galway)

For our Irish office based in Galway, we are looking for a Sales Manaper.

Our client provides technology solutions that achieve high stanaards of enerpy savings, thereby

helpinp to reduce the ca rbon footprint of all customers who rely on theit products. With around l million rooms installed in 50 countries and more than 60 years of experience and two in-house R&D Teams of around TO engineers with hardware and software expertise, the Group demonstrates a deep knowledge of the ma rkets in which it operates and is a strategic partner for the global Hospitality market.

This position will represent the image of the Brand in all its aspects and the reliability of the Company, acts as a spokesperson when dealing with current and potential clients, s/he is also responsible for the turnover poals of their Area guaranteeing a ma rpin to the com pany and ensures that clients receive the best service. S/He organizes and oversees the correct functioning of the office and coordinates and supervises the activities performed by their reports.

Specifically, the Sales Manager responsibilities a re to:

  • Find new sales opportunities in their area by sea rchinp for new businesses on the market and conducting the necessary research to present the right product to new potential customers
  • Develop and manage the sales network in their area
  • Draw up the annual budget and collaborate in the definition of Forecasts
  • Asses the ma rket of their area and develop a tailored sales strategy
  • Monitor the achievement of turnover poals and discount rate ma rpins
  • Present to the client the right product that caters to their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain pood relations with existing and potential customers and organize training moments where clients can lea rn about the com pany, its product and participate in the Guest Experience, even after the installation is completed
  • Coordinate the activities of the Engineers and the subcontractors that are goinp to install the products requested by the client
  • Decide the marketing strategies
  • Define pricing by working with the General Manager (who is based in the UK).

Skills required:

  • Technicalsales background
  • Electric/ electronic / ICT university education
  • Technicalknowledge of the market and the competitors
  • Negotiations
  • Ability to develop and maintain relations with clients
  • Abilityto provide reports and sales data analyses

Place of work: Galway

Working time: full time - from Monday to Friday
