We are looking for an IT Senior Support Technician to attend internal requests and incidents related to information technology (IT), and guarantee the best experience for our employees while guaranteing the business continuity.
Job Duties And responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct operation of IT equipment.
- Ensure the resolution of requests and incidents.
- Management of internal company requests and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
- User management in the different corporate tools.
- Administration of the company's software and hardware.
- Execution of tasks documented by the IT Security department.
Experience And Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing tickets through incident management tools.
- User administration skills.
- Skills in Jira corporate tool and Azure platform.
- Organization and proactivity.
