Bilingual Customer Service Representative

12 month contract - 40 hours per week - $25 CAD/hour

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related business function
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage account-related requests, including pricing and tax exemption updates
• Create, maintain, and update customer records within CRM systems
• Prepare reports, analyze trends, and recommend best practices for customer account management tools and platforms

Work Location

This is an office-based position located in Calgary, Alberta.
