Andreea Lungu

Andreea is the Legal & Compliance Manager at Montreal Associates, leading our Legal & Compliance function and overseeing legal, contractual, and compliance matters across all of the international markets in which we operate.

Working closely with our clients, contractors, recruitment consultants, and internal teams, Andreea plays a key role throughout the recruitment and contractor lifecycle. She helps ensure that placements are structured in line with the legal and regulatory requirements of the country in which the contractor will be working, supporting areas including contracts, contractor onboarding, compliance requirements, and ongoing contractual matters.

With technology professionals and organisations increasingly working across borders, navigating different employment, contractor, and regulatory requirements can be complex.
