1. About the Challenge

Montreal Associates is exhibiting at Tech Show Paris 2025 and inviting participants to take part in our Live Recruitment Challenge. The challenge is designed to demonstrate our speed and quality in IT & Tech talent delivery.

Participants are invited to submit details of one or more open roles by completing an online form during the event. Based on the information provided, our team will source and send you anonymised candidate CVs that match your requirements within a maximum of [two (2) hours].

2. Demonstration Purpose

Please note that:

• Participation in the challenge does not create any commercial or contractual obligation between you/your company and Montreal Associates.
• Should you express interest in one or more of the profiles provided, our team will share our Standard Terms for Supply of Services for review and signature before any formal engagement or introduction of full candidate details takes place.

3. Confidentiality and Limitation of Liability

All role information provided by participants will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of the Challenge. Montreal Associates shall not be liable for any decision or reliance based on anonymised CVs or information provided during the event.

By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your personal data [(name, surname, email address, job title, and company name)] by Montreal Associates for the purposes of:

• Managing your participation in the Live Recruitment Challenge;
