Montreal Associates Awarded EcoVadis Gold Medal

Montreal Associates has been awarded an EcoVadis Gold Medal after achieving an overall sustainability score of 84 out of 100, an improvement of three points compared with last year.

Our latest assessment places Montreal Associates in the 97th percentile, meaning our score is equal to or higher than 97% of companies assessed by EcoVadis. This positions us among the top 3% of assessed companies by score.

The Gold Medal also formally recognises Montreal Associates as being among the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis during the previous 12 months.

Our strongest results were in Labour & Human Rights and Ethics, with both areas receiving 86 out of 100. These themes are particularly relevant to our work in recruitment, where fair treatment, responsible processes, data integrity and trusted relationships are fundamental.

Our environmental score of 83 also reflects the progress we are making in managing our impact as an international business. Sustainable Procurement remains an important area of focus as we continue strengthening standards throughout our own supplier network.
