Scaling Salesforce Professional Services With Specialist Talent
Sections
From Vlocity Partnership to Global Delivery Support
We began working with Vlocity as its exclusive staffing partner across EMEA for Communications, Insurance, and Energy & Utilities. Our early support covered contract and permanent appointments for large-scale implementations.
After Salesforce acquired Vlocity, we became a globally registered subcontract partner and expanded our support into Canada and the USA.
As the relationship developed, we introduced nearshore and offshore delivery options across Latin America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. Our support broadened from industry-specific implementations into Salesforce’s wider product portfolio.
Selected Salesforce customers also began working with us directly after implementation to build their internal teams, extending our involvement beyond the initial delivery program.

Specialist Skills at the Pace of Product Innovation
Salesforce Professional Services needed to scale delivery teams quickly while maintaining the quality its enterprise customers expected.
New products and acquisitions brought new requirements. Finding consultants with the right combination of product expertise, implementation experience, and regional availability became increasingly important.
The team needed a staffing partner that could anticipate demand, identify niche skills, and quickly present relevant candidates. Alongside new appointments, it needed continuity from experienced contractors who could contribute across projects.
At MA, our role was to help delivery leaders access that expertise while keeping recruitment responsive to changing products, locations, and customer requirements.

- Contractor continuity through development and redeployment.
- Flexible global delivery with nearshore and offshore options.
- Support beyond implementation to build customers’ internal teams.

Added benefits and features we did
A Proactive Extended Staffing Model
We built an ongoing resourcing cycle around Salesforce’s delivery needs. Regular contact with delivery leaders and contractors helped us anticipate new requirements and respond as priorities shifted.
Skill Gap Forecasting
We worked with delivery leaders to understand where we needed additional capability, considering product expertise, geography, and role type.
Those conversations helped us identify upcoming gaps before they became urgent, giving us time to connect with relevant Salesforce consultants.
Contractor Development and Redeployment
We stayed close to proven contractors and supported targeted upskilling aligned with Salesforce’s developing product portfolio.
When new projects needed their expertise, we supported redeployment. This helped retain experienced people within the wider delivery network and preserve knowledge built through previous assignments.
Strategic Network Expansion
We used trusted referrals to extend our network into additional regions and emerging product areas.
This widened access to specialist talent while keeping relevant experience and quality central to candidate selection.
Continuous Feedback
We maintained communication between Salesforce, our contractors, and our team throughout the engagement.
Sharing updates on requirements, availability, and delivery feedback helped us respond quickly and keep staffing activity aligned with the work ahead.
“The team at MA was instrumental in helping us land talented architects for our key customer projects. They have a great professional network and were always prompt with presenting several qualified candidates very quickly. We always considered MA as a true partner who asked the right questions to understand our needs and align resources accordingly, so we could focus on making quick decisions.”
