Strengthening Ledcor’s ERP Integration Team

Ledcor needed specialist people to help connect its enterprise systems and support the team delivering the work. We brought in integration developers and QA consultants who could contribute quickly, then helped keep that expertise in place as the programme continued.

The Right People, Working Alongside Their Team

We supported Ledcor’s internal delivery teams with specialist integration developers and QA consultants sourced across Canada and Latin America.

Supporting the Systems Behind Ledcor’s Operations

Ledcor is a North American construction and infrastructure company headquartered in Canada. Its work spans construction, transportation, energy and mining.

Behind those operations are enterprise systems that need to exchange information accurately and reliably. Ledcor’s integration programme focused on connecting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with Coupa and other procurement platforms used across the business.

Our role was to help the people delivering that programme. We provided specialist development and testing expertise, adding capacity to Ledcor’s internal teams as they worked to connect these systems.

Extra Expertise for a Complex Programme

Ledcor already had an internal team working on its enterprise integrations. It needed additional specialist capacity: people who understood the technical demands and could get involved quickly.

Connecting ERP and procurement platforms meant working through complex development and testing requirements. Procurement data needed to move accurately between applications, while the business maintained operational stability throughout the transformation.

The team needed support on both sides: developers to build the integrations and QA specialists to test how they performed.

As the program continued, keeping experienced people involved also mattered. Their understanding of the systems and completed work was valuable to the team’s ongoing delivery.

Adding Expertise and Keeping It Close

Our support helped Ledcor strengthen its delivery team while retaining the knowledge its consultants developed.

  • People who could contribute quickly, joining Ledcor’s existing teams to support integration work already underway.
  • Development and testing skills together, giving the program access to complementary technical expertise.
  • Familiar faces as the work continued, with extensions keeping consultants and their program knowledge in place.
  • A wider pool of specialist talent, sourcing across Canada and Latin America to support distributed delivery.

How We Worked With Ledcor

We focused on finding specialists with experience in Ledcor’s ERP and procurement integrations, then supported their involvement as the program evolved.

Bringing the Right Experience Into the Team

We sourced experienced integration developers and QA consultants with expertise in enterprise ERP and procurement platforms.

They joined Ledcor’s internal delivery teams, adding capacity for work involving JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Coupa, and connected applications. This gave the team specialist support for developing integrations and ensuring they worked as intended.

Supporting the Work From Development to Release

Our consultants supported integration development, QA and integration testing, system validation, and release activities.

Their work contributed to Ledcor’s objective of reliable, automated data exchange, helping the team assess how information moved between systems as its application environment evolved.

Looking Across Borders for Specialist Skills

We sourced consultants across Canada and Latin America, widening access to the experience Ledcor needed.

This supported a distributed delivery model and gave the program more options for bringing specialist integration talent into its teams.

Staying Involved as the Program Continued

Our support began in April 2025, with consultant extensions continuing into 2026.

Those extensions helped keep people familiar with Ledcor’s systems and program requirements involved in the work. For the delivery team, that meant continued access to expertise and knowledge built during earlier stages of the program.
