About the role

Do you want to drive e-commerce and omnichannel transformation in the Fashion & Luxury industry?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant - Order Management Solutions to join a growing technology consulting team working on digital transformation projects for leading international clients.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions that connect eCommerce platforms, order management systems and enterprise applications. This is an opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop your expertise in the rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions integrating Order Management Systems (OMS) with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS and other enterprise applications.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and architectural diagrams.

• Define and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, microservices and appropriate integration patterns.

• Collaborate with developers, functional analysts and project managers throughout implementation, testing and go-live.

• Contribute to technical decision-making, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation and technology innovation.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, system integration or solution design.

• Experience working with APIs, enterprise applications and complex system integrations.

• Understanding of eCommerce, retail, order management or supply chain processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Experience with one or more of the following technologies or platforms:

• Order Management: Fluent Commerce, Manhattan Associates, Salesforce Order Management, IBM Sterling.

• eCommerce: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus.

• Backend development: Java, Node.js or Python.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with a specific OMS platform is an advantage, but candidates with strong integration and backend development skills from related technology environments are also encouraged to apply.
