QMS Implementation Consultant

What the role involves:
* Configure and implement quality management systems (e.g. TrackWise Digital, Veeva Vault
Quality) according to each client's specific needs - this is configuration, not coding.
* Work directly with pharma clients to understand their quality processes (CAPAs, deviations,
change control, document management) and translate them into system configurations.
* Support clients through the full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, system setup,
testing, training, go-live and post-deployment support.
* Work in a project-based consulting environment with different clients and challenges on each
engagement.

Ideal candidate profile:
* Background in Quality in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry -
understands GMP, GxP, CAPAs, deviations, change control and audit processes from real
experience.
* Hands-on experience with enterprise QMS platforms (TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality, or
similar) - beyond end-user level. Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce in a pharma
environment is also valued.
* Consulting mindset - client-facing, proactive, comfortable working across multiple projects.
* Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. Hybrid model: minimum 3 days/week in office.
* Spanish B1 minimum. English professional level.
* Profiles from Veeva Systems or similar consulting firms are highly relevant
