Senior Salesforce Consultant

Remote, Germany

Leading organisation in the digital commerce sector are currently looking to expand their Salesforce team.

Responsibilities:

· Design of Salesforce business processes and mapping them to the different Salesforce clouds

· Analysis and definition of user stories within agile process models

· Definition of architectures and implementation of solutions based on Salesforce

· Working closely and liaising with technical teams (UX experts, developers, etc.)

· Support sales through solution ideas, cost estimates and demos

· Continuous learning and development of new Salesforce features, solutions, etc.

Required skills & experience:

· Strong Salesforce experience and best practices in one or more of the following: Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce Cloud

· Professional experience in implementing Salesforce or working in a consulting agency environment

· Passionate about innovations in the CRM space and customer experience

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· Very good German and English skills (international applicants are offered support in mastering their German language skills)
