Job Title: SAP CPQ Manager

Location: Anywhere in Germany

Job Summary: As an SAP CPQ Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of CPQ systems to streamline sales processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their sales configuration, pricing, and quotation requirements, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of SAP CPQ solutions tailored to meet clients' sales configuration, pricing, and quotation needs.

  2. Project Management: Manage end-to-end SAP CPQ implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

  3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, sales processes, and product/service configurations, and translate them into CPQ solution designs.

  4. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP CPQ modules based on clients' business requirements, including product catalog setup, pricing rules configuration, quotation templates design, and approval workflows.

  5. Integration: Integrate SAP CPQ with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

  6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of SAP CPQ solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  7. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and sales teams on SAP CPQ functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines, and offer ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize system usage.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of SAP CPQ updates, enhancements, and industry trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in sales processes and CPQ configurations.

  9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
