Salesforce Practice Lead

Hamburg region, Germany

Up to €140.000

We are working with a trusted partner who are seeking to make a leading appointment to their company. The role as Practice Lead will involve being the 'face' of the business in the German Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

· Work with existing clients and internal teams to establish needs and provide company solutions.

· Drive pre-sales activities to promote the company brand and secure new Salesforce and digital transformation projects.

· Working closely with senior Technical people in the business, aligning on Architecture topics.

· Operational leadership for local team with a view to scaling up and growing the business further.

· Drive company strategy and long term go-to-market approach in the ecosystem.

Requirements

· A track record of leadership and people development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

· Proven network and ability to manage and develop relationships.

· Good technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

· Business proficient level of German language and English language.
