Maintain accounting systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Manage integrations and ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
Ensure the Security and Compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR) of the platform. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team Control L1 tasks and ensure compliance on business answers Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test, and production environments.
Handles fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting Manage complex tickets raised by key users and business partners
BUILD
Analyze and estimate the workload and complexity of any business requests Responsible of standard features implementation Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy during execution.
Design, implement, and establish enhancement in the accounting systems.
Define and write detailed business requirements Report to Product owner on planning and delivery Drive functionnal discussions and develop plans to improve tool quality, system design, and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in test, and production environments.
Control month end closure tasks and processes completion Expertise & Background Engineer or business school Proven track record of maintaining a (set of) application(s) around Finance processes (performance, security, functional, availability) and Finance processes (accounts receivable/ payable, general accounting, consolidation and reporting, etc.) Advanced knowledge of Oracle Ebusiness Suite Mandatory experience 5 to 7 years
