System Administrator & Support - EndUser / 40k

We are looking for a System Administrator & Support Specialist to join our IT team and support both operational and project-based activities related to the company's technological infrastructure.

Reporting to the IT & Innovation Manager, the role will work closely with internal colleagues across international offices and external vendors, contributing to system management, cybersecurity, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security)
• Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users across international locations
• Collaborate on the implementation of new tools and technologies
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and system manuals
• Support continuous improvement and innovation projects within the IT domain

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in similar roles within structured environments
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to user support
