Job Title: SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Manager

Job Summary:

As a SAP GTS Manager, you will oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GTS modules to streamline global trade processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and optimize supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their trade compliance requirements, provide strategic guidance, and deliver innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management, to support clients' global trade operations.
2. Project Management: Manage end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and milestone tracking.
3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their trade compliance challenges, assess their business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP GTS.
4. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design solution architectures.
5. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP GTS modules to align with clients' business requirements, customize functionalities as needed, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
6. Compliance Management: Implement and maintain trade compliance processes, including restricted party screening, embargo checks, export controls, and import/export document management.
7. Risk Management: Establish risk assessment methodologies and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize compliance risks and ensure adherence to trade regulations.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and client teams on SAP GTS functionalities, best practices, and compliance procedures.
9. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about changes in global trade regulations, SAP GTS updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in trade compliance processes.
11. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business users, project sponsors, and external partners, to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
2. Experience in SAP GTS implementation and consulting, with a focus on trade compliance and supply chain management.
3. Expertise in SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting
4. In-depth understanding of global trade regulations, including import/export controls, customs regulations, sanctions programs, and trade agreement requirements.
5. Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale SAP GTS implementation projects from initiation to closure.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
7. Must be located in Germany
