IT Product Specialist / SFA & Commercial Tools

Mission

Ensure the robustness, evolution and business value of our Sales & Field Tools ecosystem (SFA, AI Shelf Recognition, Coaching, Merchandising and transversal commercial tools).The role requires strong organizational capabilities, an agile mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment with high business stakes.

Key Responsibilities

RUN & SERVICE EXCELLENCE

• Guarantee the service level and day‑to‑day performance of SFA and associated Sales tools.
• Monitor incidents, ensure fast resolution, and maintain a high-quality Run with minimal disruptions.
• Apply and enforce quality standards, identify deviations, and lead remediation plans.

DELIVERY & VALUE CREATION

• Manage the delivery of value-driven features aligned with business priorities.
• Challenge requirements to focus on usage, impact and integration in the commercial operating model.
• Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders to secure on‑time, on‑scope deliveries.

TRANSVERSAL TOOLS & OPERATING MODEL SUPPORT

• Own and manage tools that support the Commercial Operating Model (coaching, merchandising, shelf recognition…).
• Ensure alignment and integration across the broader IT ecosystem (SFA, CRM, data, architecture).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects when needed: scoping, planning, execution, communication.
• Facilitate collaboration across IT, Sales, Finance, Data and external vendors.
