About the Company
Our client is a leading organization investing in data-driven innovation and advanced AI solutions. To strengthen their team, they are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, and ideally GenAI/LLM applications.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
- Develop, validate, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Work on NLP solutions, including the fine-tuning and application of LLMs / GenAI
- Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across technical and business areas
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- Fluent in
- Japanese
- , with English B2+ (French is a plus)
- Several years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Git
- Solid expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning
- Hands-on experience with NLP algorithms and, preferably, LLM / GenAI development or fine-tuning
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to mentor or guide junior data scientists
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
