As Project Manager at MA, Tina is responsible for implementing best practices and processes to support MA´s ambitious growth plans. Tina is currently working with stakeholders across various lines of the business, to evaluate internal processes and define and implement an enhanced contract workflow, from inception to post-placement.
Tina has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, working for well-known recruitment A-players. Like so many of us in recruitment, Tina started her career as a consultant and took on more responsibilities whilst gaining more tenure in her career. Most notably, Tina has held a Sales Director role with global responsibilities overseeing 7 offices and 200 staff. Though, the overarching theme in Tina´s career lies with Learning & Development, leading various L&D teams throughout her career. Tina is passionate about developing people and scaling fast-growth businesses. Tina is results-driven, self-motivated and possesses excellent communication skills, therefore making her a great fit with MA´s culture and ambitious growth plans.
