Matt has worked in L&D, Talent Acquisition and HR since 1998 - we know, he doesn't look old enough! Matt has been lucky enough to live on three different continents and worked on five. He's extremely passionate about creating a workplace where people want to achieve their very best, where they feel they're part of something bigger than themselves, that gives something back to their local communities, celebrates their differences and provides a unique environment for them to thrive in.
Diversity & Inclusion is a huge part of who Matt is and what he does - he's learning more and more every day and as he says "it’s a journey not a destination".
