Krisha is Head of Transformation Projects at Montreal Associates. As an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant, Krisha’s priorities are to proactively identify and implement new innovative technologies for our organisation's tech infrastructure that will enhance productivity and support growth - with a strong focus particularly on developing a streamlined and optimised HR, Recruitment and Marketing tech stack. 

Having supported numerous recruitment organisations throughout of her 17-year career adapt their business processes to harness new technologies, Krisha is well in-tune with the continuously evolving recruitment industry and its digital landscape. Her in-depth knowledge enables her to provide unique expertise and opinions on not just what digital products are top in the market, but which of those best integrates with the organisation’s current infrastructure and will ultimately help deliver to its objectives. 

Before joining Montreal, Krisha took on a range of key roles. Going from Account Manager to Director at a large Recruitment Marketing & Website Design agency, Krisha then moved on to head the marketing function at a FinTech recruitment agency before deciding to run her own digital transformation consultancy business for 5 years. 

As a result, Krisha’s area of expertise spans from Digital transformation and Strategy to Marketing Automation and Customer Experience.
