Andrés currently leads our team of Sales Recruitment Consultants for the Spanish market in our Barcelona office, having joined MA taking on the opportunity to build our presence in the Spanish market from scratch. Now, as a Principal Consultant with a successful team behind him, Andrés’ focus is to further develop and expand our business in the Spanish IT Market, venturing into wider technologies including Cloud and Software Development.
His team's exciting projected growth doesn’t come without a stronger focus on value add for our clients and candidates, however. Continuously deepening his knowledge on the technology market and the evolving and changing skill demands within the Spanish market, Andrés prides on his consistency to deliver our clients the highest calibre of candidates, but most importantly a first-class quality service and partnership.
Not only does he provide his niche insights and expertise throughout the entire recruitment process, but he forms a continuous partnership that instils trust and proactiveness for both the client and candidate. The most important thing to him is finding his candidates the job they want – and not just need – and his clients the high-quality candidate that strives towards their goals and objectives.
Working in HR and Recruitment for nearly a decade, Andrés has been fortunate enough to gain experience across several remits including HR Support, Executive Search, International Recruitment, Sales Recruitment and Business Development. With his experience also comes exposure to different geographical markets, having lived and worked in Florida, Caracas, Madrid, Newcastle Upon Tyne and now Barcelona.
And if that wasn’t enough breadth of remit, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication, and two Master Degrees in Marketing and Business Management and International Trade and Commerce.
