Langues : Français et anglais courant

Contexte : Accompagnement projet pour le déploiement du CRM dans de nouveaux pays

Mission :

• Support assessments, gap analysis, build for new CRM capabilities to enrich the CRM processes map
• Support & Follow up on Sprints & releases through testing and documentation.
• Animate process / requirement
• gestion des budgets et gestion d'équipe

Compétences techniques :

• Knowledge and experience within CRM implementation for Sales Force (Business Analyst experience)
• SF Solution oriented
• CRM experience in the HC industry (IQVIA, VEEVA, others)
• Knowledge and experience in Healthcare Industry & Life science
• French Speaking, Fluent in English
